PARLIAMENT.
TO-DAY'S PROCEEDINGS. LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, Hie Council met at 2.30 o'clock this afternoon. Leave of absence was granted to the Hon. J. T. Paul for three daye on, urgent private business. The Council tixeti adjourned in order to present the Address in Reply to His Excellency the Governor.
