The match North Island Country Teams versus Auckland, was played at Alexandra Park this afternoon, in almost continuous rain, a cold wind, and with a heavy and slippery ground. The attendance was moderate. From the outset Auckland was aggressive, and within live minutea of etaJting O'Leary had an unsuccessful shot from a penalty.
