The Daily Mail states that Sir Ernes b Shackleton s appeal on behalf of Dr. Mawson's Antarctic expedition was an immense success. Dr. Mawson's ship will leave the the Thames at th© end of June next, and go to Melbourne. Thence she will proceed to Hobart, which will be tho final port of departure.
