Papers in connection with tho Fed<iTßl capital design competition, describing tho necessary buildings^ are now available. It is sot out that the Houses of Parliament must bo the dominating feature in tho city. Besides the ordinary public buildings, the designer,! must provide residences for the Governor-General and tho Prime Minister, churches, a national theatre, Government factories, and a sports stadium.
