LIQUOR IN GALICIA.
EXTENSION OF LICENSING LAW. JEWISH DEPUTATION. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright, VIENNA, 17th February. A Jewish deputation has informed the Government that the extension of the Austrian licensing law to Galicia threatens to ruin 11.000 families, representing 50,000 persons. They petition the Government to allow them to continue the unrestricted sale of spirits for the rest of their lives.
