VESSEL BREAKING UP. By Telegraph.— Prose Association.— Copyright, .SYDNEY, i?th February. A fresh southerly wind on the coast is 'causing the steamer New Guinea, which ran ashore at Green Capo during a dense fog, to break up. Wreckage is floating about, and the vessel's cargo is washing out.
