Dr. Wilhelm-Ostwald, the- well-known authority <m chemistry, addressing a meeting at the Glasgow Royal Asylum, said important research, work had been done by a German professor, who had discovered a substance which, when in-, jected into the blood, cures mental disease and renders the patient immune frtiri further attacks.
