Mr. Lewis Marcourt, Secretary of State for the Colonies, is communicating with the High Commissioner for the Western Pacific (Sir Everard im Thurn) with reference to alleged illegxil practices in the New Hebrides, such as the liquor traffic and improper recruiting.
