CAPTAIN SINCLAIR. Bj Telesraph.-P.-cs<i Association.— Copyright, SYDNEY, 16th February. The death is announced of Captain C. Sinclair, superintendent of the Union Steam Sh'p Company for Australia, who was foi uuuiy jears master of different Union CVinpauy boats, and afterwards the company's building superintendent in Set' l kind.
Owing to the omployees' annual picnic the Gas Company's oifices and showrooms will be closed to-morrow. A notification is published in our advertising columns.
