COAL MINES REGULATION BILL. DEPUTATION TO MR. CHURCHILL, A PROMISE. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright, (Received February 1/, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 16th February. j.ne Home Secretary, Mr. Winston Churchill, replying to a deputation from the Trade Unions' Congress, promised to introduce in Parliament a •Coal Mines Regulation Bill. The Bill, which would ordain a 60 hours week, would be sent to the Grand Committee, in order that it could be passed into law daring the present session. PARLIAMENT BILL. ON TUESDAY NEXT IT WILL BE INTRODUCED. LONDON, 16th February. In the 'House of Commons to-day, Mr Asquit-h announced that- the Parliament Bill would be introduced on Tuesday next. i i BY-ELECTION.
