PRESIDENT TAFT ON TOUR.
HE OPENS RECIPROCITY; CAMPAIGN. A FAVOURABLE REPORT. NEW YORK, 11th February. President Taft, in opening the reci-i procity campaign in Columbus, Ohio, assured the farmers that they would benefit under reciprocity. Canada and the United States would be united socially and commercially, and would mutually benefit. The Committee of Ways and Means; of Congress has favourably reported ' upon the Reciprocity Bill.
