"PAID IN FULL"

The second performance of "Paid in Full" by the Katharine Grey Company, at the Opera House last night, was greeted by a splendid 1-ovse. The audience appreciated- thoroughly the excellent drama, allowing for its minor failings generously, but deeply sympathetic to the extreme pathos portrayed so appcaljngly and successfully. Miss Katherfne Gray was in her element; she kept the close attention of the audience throughout, and the curtain calls were almost innumerable. To-night is the last opportunity of seeing "Paid in Full." On Wednesday and Thursday evenings, the Vate Clyde Fitch's comedy, ''llie Truth," will be presented iv Wellington for the first time. Apart from the interest which will naturally attach to the production of what is said to be a very excellent work, the management are desirous that Miss Katharine Grey should be seen in a different type of character from the serious ones in which she has already appeared. It is a role also with which she is perfectly familiar, having originally played it in New York and several of the principal American cities. These will be the only appearances by Miss Grey in this city, as she must return to the States in June next.
