WELLINGTON CLUB. Several events in the Wellington Rowing Club's week-end programme were held on Saturday afternoon. There were some good races for the Nidd Fours. The first; heat, resulted ps follows: — S. Standen (stroke), B. Shaw (3), A. M'Gill (2), F. Lacey (bow) beat P. Davey (stroke), A. Barry (5), P. Donovan (2), 11. Wadman (boy) after a good race by a length. 11. Al'Kinley (stroke), J. Hoare (3), A. Quayle (2), S. Ho wo (bow) beat C. Furness istroko), W. Honcheiiftt) (3), C. Symonds ■ (2), W. Hoare (boy?) after a cloae race by a length. In the seini-final, M'Kinley's oiew was beaten by A. \V. Jackson (stroke), E. Cairns (3), D. Pollock (2), and J. Dieher (bow) by a. little oacv a. length.
