[BY TELEGSAI-H — SPECIAL TO TILE POST.] FEILDING, This Day. Tt has been decided to ask the Hon. G. Fowlds to lay the foundation stone of the Wanganui Technical College on 15th February. Tbe average attendance for 1910 at the schools in the Wanganui district was 12,281. The resignation of Mr. Dandy, woodwork instructor at" the Feilding primary school, has been accepted. Mr Dandy goes to tbe Napier education district.
