The Wellington Provincial Championships and Wairarapa Handicap Lawn Tennis Meeting was continued to-day, in ideal weather, and before a large attendance. Results : — The Ladies' Championship Doubles was won by Misses M. Simpson and K. Nunnelly (Wellington), who beat Misses W. Wellwood (Hastings) and Travels (Wellington), by 7—5, 6— o, after an excellent, even game. Men's Handicap Singles, B grade. — A. Caselberg (Masterton) 20, beat R. istevens (Eketahuna), scj, 70 — 59. Men's Handicap Doubles, A grade. — Lawrence and Kean (Wellington), 25, beat Ollivier and Goss (Christchurch), owe 25, 70—60. Men's Champion- Singles. — Semi-final -. Ollivier (Christchurch) beat Cox, 6—3, 6—2;6 — 2 ; Parker (New South Wales), beat I Fisher (Wellington), 6—2, 2—6, b— 4. j The Wellington players in the finals for the handicap events are: — Men's feiugles, A grade: M. E.-Denniston plays L. iionuington, of Christchurch ; Lawrence and Kean are in the Handicap Doubles. Ladies' ■ Handicap Singles, Miss Simpson.
