The city and suburban greens were fully occupied all day yesterday, and the game was played under the most enjoyable conditions. THORND.ON GREEN. A pairs tournament was played on the Thorndou green, and was vion by Peterbon and Munro, who captured every game. PETONE v. GREYTOWN. Five rmks from the Petone Club journeyed to Grey town. The holiday yesterday was taken advantage of by tho Hataitai bowlers to visit Otaki and have a full day's tourney. Two rinks aside played three games each, and the aggregate scores at any time during the day wore close enough to make the games most interesting. Hatailai wos represented by: — ' H. Ballinger, M'Kittrick, Pryor, Griffiths (skip), Williams, Smith, Penney, Kinniburgh (skip). The Otaki players wore : —Thomson, St. George, Ferguson, Howell (skip), Stevens, Satherley, Smith, Brown (skip). The final points were: — Hataitai 123, Otaki 116.
