By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 23rd January. The tenth anniversary of Queen Victoria's death was celebrated yesterdaj'. The King and Queen, and a large gathering of relatives attended ■> memorial service at Frogmore Mausoleum, near Windsor, and laid wreaths on the late Quean's sarcophagus. The Kaiser also sent a wreath.
