LODGE MEETINGS.

There was a good muster at last session of the Eclipse Lodge of Good Templars. Bro. G. Harris, C.T., presided. Confirmation of the new bylaws was received. The invitation to the Pioneer Lodge to-night (Monday) was accepted. Greetings from various lodges were received and reciprocated. The item "Brothers' Night" was successfully carried out, a good programme and refreshments being provided. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to visitors. On next meeting night the quarterly election of officers will take place, and a good attendance is expected. Bro. L. Parris was accorded a hearty sendoff. He is leaving for England this week.

Without a, piano a home is merely a tent of the night. It holds no lasting tie for the young folks^, who are musically inclined, and would prefer having their friends call to spend a musical evening, rather than go out to seek enjoyment. How long are you going to Jive in merely "A tent of the night ?" Make up your mind to see the fine stock ot pianos held by Ihe Wellington Piano Co., 124, Lambton-quay. Tou can select from famous makers sucn as Bluthner, Pleyol, Challen, Eogers, or Allison, an instrument that will turn your home into a perfect palace of sweet music. Easy terms ot payment may bs obtained if desired. Call to-day 'and get particulars. — Advt. When business lmw through the busy season ring up to say they cannot spare the time to go home to tea, their wives should invariably advise them to "GO TO GODBEIfS."-Adyfc,
