Bloomfield fay the Governor, was floated into the Auckland Graving Dock yesterday for overhanL She was launched, eighteen years ago, and as she- was intended for cruising outside she was specially strongly built, and to-day she is as good as | ever she was. The copper, which has I been on her since she was built, is being j stripped off, and, ,in addition, the interior of the cabins will be entirely reupholstered and re-decorated.
