Sir Jenkiu Coles has completed twen-ty-one years' service as Speaker of the South Australian Assembly . He has not missed a single sitting. Sir Jenkin has represented Light (now included in Wooroora), with the exception of one Parliament, since 1875." He was a member of various Ministries prior to i his appointment as Speaker in 1890.
