The funeral of the late Admiral Sir Harry Rawson, one time Governor of New South Wales, took place to-day at St. Margaret's Church, Westminster. Among ihobe present were Admiral Lord Charles Beresford, M.P., Admiral Sir Hedworth Lambton, Sir Clements Markham '(late President of the Royat Geographical Society), Major-General Finn (ex-Inspector-General oi the Commonwealth Military Forces), representatives of the Admiialty and the Colonial Office, and many naval officers. The High Commissioner for Australia (Sir ' George Reid), who also attended, placed on the cofiin a wreath from the Commonwealth. It was inscribed :: — ■ "Deep sympathy. He was a man who, in world-wide service, gained universal esteem." MEMORIAL SERVICE IN SYDNEY. SYDNEY, Bth November. A huge congregation attended the memorial service at St. James's Church for the late Admiral Sir Harry Rawson, formerly Governor of New South Wales. The vice-regal party and members of the Government wore amongst those present.
