PLACARDS ON LAW SCHOOL AT CAIRO.

Some of the walls of the Government Law School in Cairo have been placarded with the inscriptions, "Egypt for the Egyptians 1" "Long Live tne Wardanists!" [A message received yesterday stated : — "Many of the students in the Government and private schools of Cairo are wearing black cravats as a mark of mourning for Ibrahim Wardani, recently executed for the murder of Boutros Pasha, Egyptian Premier."]
