DAY LABOUR. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyrlsht, (Received July 5, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Cowra to Canowindra railway has been opened. Its length is twenty-four miles. It has Deen constructed by day labour at a cost of £100,000.
