The weather has been rough in the southern districts, and rain has fallen in most parts of the country. The weather was showery in the extreme north and south and in other parts early this irorning, but is improving in the north. Northerly winds, strong to gale, prevailed on Saturday in the south, and westerly winds in tho north, but southeily winds freshened and predominated last night. TO-DAY'S WEATHER.
