Ths magistrate dismissed the charge of manslaughter against Owen Moranin connection with the death of the boxei Tommy M'Carthy, which occurred when the pair were boxing for the featherweight championship. [The fight took place on 29th April. M'Carthy was knocked out in the sixteenth round. He hit the floor .with much violence, his skull being fractured.]
