Spe.ikinj* in the Hou«p of Lords, the Uiidei -Secretary lor War (Lord Lucas) said thai the Government intended spending £106,000 during tho coming year on nirship construction and cxpeiiments. The matter of aeroplane construction would be left to piivato experimenters. The Army and Navy, he added, would bo likely to toon have three dirigibles, and two non-rigid balloons.
