THE OTWAVT CASES. By Telegraph. — Press AssodatiOD.— Copyright. SYDNEY, 6th April. Three more of the Otway's third-class passengers have developed suspicions symptoms. It is stated that the two patients who succumbed to smallpox in Melbourne refused vaccination at Perth. SUPPOSED CASE ON THE OMRAH. jTRKMANTLE, 6£h April. A third-class passenger by the Omrah, a boy from India, is suffering from an undefined disease. Smallpox is suspected, and he has been isolated.
