The Duma has voted a sum for the construction of an airship fleet, and also £2500 to bo given ia prizes. RUSSIAN POLICE SEARCH. — LETTERS AND BOOKS CONFISCATED. By Telegraph.— Press Association .—Copyright. ST. PETERSBURG, 4th April. Acting under instructions from St. Petersburg, the police searched the residences and offices of 200 officials of the army commissariat department and contractors in Poland, including 130 in Warsaw. The police confiscated letters and books.
