PETONE LADIES' HOCKEY CLUB.
At the annual meeting of the Petone Ladies' Hockey Club held last evening, Mr. J. W. M'Ewan presiding, the report and balance-sheet, which showed the club to be- in a flourishing condition, was read and adopted. It was unanimously decided to enter a senior team for the coming season. The following officers wese elected for the ensuing year : — Patron, Mr. F. Pirani; president, Airs. R. C. Kirk; vice-presidents, Dr. Harding, Messrs. J. W. M'Ewan, A. Coles, B. C. Warnes, and Mesdames 0. V. Ellis, and J. W. M'Ewan ; captain, Miss Edith Fleet; vice-captain, Miss L. Bolton; secretary and treasurer, Miss 1. Scrimshaw ; delegates to association, Miss 1. Bolton and Miss Eva Fleet; management committee, officers ex-officio, and Misses Eva and A. Fleet; coach, Mr. W. Miller.
