» Included in the last edition just received of rules of the game of hockey are tn be found the following alterations :—: — Penalty Bully— During penalty bully all other players must be outside twenty-five yards' line, not striking circle as formerly. If ball hits outside circle, then ordinary bully on twentyfive yards' line. If the offender hits it behind goal line, then penalty bully taken over again; of course, if' he hits ball through goal, then a goal is scored. Penalty Comer — Cannot be taken at a less distance than ten yards from goal post; formerly five yards. Extension of Time— Whistle had to blow on expiration of" time whether game wag in progress or not. New rule states that if a penalty bully has been given, time must not be called until the bully is finished.
