TO THE EDITOR. Sir,— ln your Saturday night's is»ue of tho Evening Poat, I noticed tho column of proposed alterations to the names of streets both in tho city and suburb* of Wellington. There nro quite a number of streets to have a totally different namo from what they now bear, and there is one street which I might venture to say would do with a change, that is Waring Taylor-street. I have no doubt the Bylaws Sub-committco could find a name to take tho place o£ tho ouo already n,ont;oned.-I .». *tc,
