The wooden schooner Relic, timberladen for Adelaide, struck the Eddystone rock, on the northeast coaat of Tasmania, and foundered in deep water. The crew was saved. [The Relic is a vessel of 113 tons, built by H. Dent at Jcrvia Bay, New South Wales, in 1903. Her dimensions were ; Length, 95.4 f t; beam, 23.9 f t; depth, 7.7 ft.]
