The Frozen Meat Trado Association's Smithfield Market quotations for tho undermentioned classes of frozen meat are bastd on actual talem or not less than unit hundred carcases of mutton or lamb, or 25 quarters of beof of fair average quality. The quotations aho not for selected lines, but for parcels fairly representative of the bulk of tho shipments now on the market.
