♦ Owing to the wind dropping completely away on Saturday afternoon, several yacht and sajling boat races had to be postponed. The contJepS for motor-launches reunited in a win for the lisnit launch, X^nder, with Scotia second and Vida third. The Te Aro Sailing Club managed to get off its race for Mr. H. O'Neill's trophy. Tho handicaps were as follow : — Nan (scr), Redwing (3min), Ishmael (7min), Rival (lOmin), nnd Doreen (15min). The race resulted in a win for the Doreen, finishing at 4hr 48min. with the Rival, shr 28min, recoud, and the Redwing third.
