At the yearling sales, » Malstei — Winkfieltl's Lass colt brought 1750 guinea;, and a Wallace— Mylae colt 1100 guineas. Mr. E. J. Watt (of New Zetland) paid 80 guineas for n San Francisco — Dearr colt, and 200 guineas for a sister to Welcome Trict. Mr. J. B. Reid paid 200 guineas for a Master— Madura filly, 60 guineas for an Ayr Laddie— Portulacca colt, 42Jj guinea* for a Louis, and 13 guineas for a NelHe B colt. On account of Mr. Fogarty, of Pahiatua, «. Knight Errant — Lady Forest gelding sold for 45^ guineas, aud a fci»ter to Puie Silver for 25 guineas.
