A portion of a mixed express from Ararat broke away, owing to the derailment of a truck. The engine and three trucks collided at the end of the platform. The trucks were wrecked. (Received March 31, 12.20 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURU. 30th March. A Gipsy caravan was crossing Lake Cheremenctzki, Russia, from the Duga cattle fair, when the ice bruke. Fifty weie drowned.
