CASE AT FREMANTLE. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received March 30, 10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. A second-class passenger aboard the steamer Otway, bound to New Zealand from England, is under observation by the health officers. Another third-claas passenger, in quarantine at Fremantle, developed smallpox in a modified form. [A boy, a third-class passenger, has been in quarantine for some days.]
