* NEW ZEALAND-BRED HORSES. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. (Received March 30, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. At the stock rales in connection with the show, the New Zealand draught stallion Native Chief fetched 310 guineas. Royal Fergus topped the list for Clydesdales — 250 guineas. Four of Mr. Chryttal's draught stallions ranged from 80 to 95 guineas. Mr. Wylie, of Christchurch. obtained 200 guineas for Shepherd Lad ; Mitchell and O'Brien's Dinah brought 140 guineas, and others from 74 to 112 guineas, Mr. Cullon's Rich and Rare realised 160 guineas, Mr. Hodgson's Pride 130 Suineas, draught mares belonging to Ir. Wylie 60 to 97| guineas. Mr. Chrystal's mares 90 to 100 guineas, Mr. Grand 47£ to 80 guineas, Hoult and Sons 26 to 70 guineas. In Clydesdales, Mr. Boag's Young Kate fetched 180 guineas, and a mare belonging to the same owner (Jean) 137 A guineas; others ranged from 60 to 6/ guineas. Clydesdale mares belonging to Mr. Bourkc, of Opaki, sold from 40 to 52 guineas.
