There ha» Deen a further vigorous eruption at Mount Etna, and the lava is invading the Fra Diavolo district. Tho lava stream is 400 yards broad, and is steadily devastating orchards and vineyards. Ay San Leo there* is a thick rain of asheß and small stones. There aro continuous loud rumblings, which have a terrifying effect on the population.
