BRITISH INDIANS. EMIGRATION QUESTION.

The Secretary for Commerce and Industry has introduced a Bill in the Legislative Council of Calcutta giving the Government power to prohibit emigration to any country whore the treatment accorded to British Indians does not meet with the approval of the Governor-General.
