Stead, editor of the Review of Reviews, has opened a bureau for the Spook Julia to enable people to communicate with the departed. Mr. Stead reports -emarkable conversations with deceased statesmen, including Mr. W. E. Gladstone, Mr. W. H. Smith, and Lord Beaconsfield, on the present political situation. Lord Beaconsfield was very cryptic in his utterance, but he added : — "Publish it if you like people to think you a fool."
