NEWFOUNDLAND'S READINESS.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. TRAINED NAVAL RESERVE MEN. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) LONDON, 12th July. Sir Edward Morris, Premier of Newfoundland, interviewed in London, stated that Newfoundland could have one thousand trained naval reserve men ready at twenty-four hours' notice to go aboard a Dreadnought.
