Duval had Hciiiud Ho v.hole tiling, but m.ado 110 prcteiioo of l.ot recognifcing him (Mr. Fraser). Duval stated also that it was lib cousin whom Mr. Fraser was in search ut. The Olago Union ultimately resolved that tho New Zealand Union be informed that Duval had been identified by Mr. Fraser, and that he bo disqualified, pending instructions from tho Now Zealand Union.
