ARE THEY EQUIPPED FOR SERVICE ? QUESTIONS IN THE HOUSE. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright.) LONDON, Bth July. Mr. J. B. Lonsdale, Conservative member for Mid Armagh, asked the First Lord of the Admiralty, iv the House of Commons yesterday, whether gun-mountings and material had been ordered preparatory to the laying down of che four Dreadnoughts which would be put in hand on Ist April next. Mr. M'Keiina replied : "No." In answer to a further question by Mr. Lonsdale, Mr. M'Kenna stated the result of the recent manoeuvres in the North Sea was embodied in confidential reports prepared by the responsible officers. It was undesirable to state the eanclu^ioiifj diawn from these manoeuvres as bearing upon the preparedness of the Navy for war.
