LADY JERSEY'S TRIBUTE. By Telejjraph. — Press Association. — Copyright. (Received July 9, 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, Bth July. Speaking at Southall, Middlesex, Lady Jersey, wife of a former Governor of New South Wales, described Sir William Wyllie, who was murdered last week by an Indian student, as one of the best and gentlest of men.
