His prosecution on a charge of perjury is to be resumed. Prince Eulenburg was the central figure in. the Court intrigues in regard to which Herr Maximilien. Hai<Ji-a was prosecuted for alleged libel in hip papev the Zukunf t. Tho Prince was placed on his defence, but proceedings were suspended on account of his bad state of health.
