ELECTION PETITION.
JUDGMENT MAY BE GIVEN ON SATURDAY. [BT TIIJSGEAPH.— PBXBS AS&OOIATIOH.J HAMILTON, This Day. At the election petition hearing, Mr Parr addressed tho court this morning. He contended that the Act was based on common law, and that unless a principle was violated the election must be valid. The judges intimated that they hope to give their judgment on 'Saturday, and said that no costs would go against Mr. Grace, the returning officer. (The court then rose.
