Mr. Justice Higgins, President of the Federal Arbitration Court, to-day made an order sanctioning the agreement between the Institute of Marine Engineers and v the Steamship Owners' Association covering wages and conditions of labour. Both parties concurred in the terms of agreement, which now operates as an award of the court.
