THAMES DEEP LEVELS.
#UMPS TO WORK AT 1000 FEET. [BT TELEGKAPH— -PBKSB ASSOCIATION.} AUCKLAND, 6th May. An important move in the direction of the opening up of the Thames deep levels was taken to-day ; when the Thames Drainage Board in committee decided to pump down to the 1000 feet level in the Queen of Beauty shaft.
