EARL OF LEICESTER.
(Received January 26, 8.25 a.m.) LONDON, 25th January. The Earl of Leicester is dead. The Earl who had reached the advanced age of 86 years, had been Keeper of the Privy Seal to the Prince of Wales since 1870, and was Lord Lieutenant of Norfolk from 1846 to 1906. He ia succeeded in the peerage by his eldest son, Viscount Coke.
